I’m not use to the raised heel. I feel the right her is a touch taller than the left and the right her feels as if it has more pitch than the left. I would like to return the boots. What steps are required for this to happen? ( pardon the pun)! Thanks.

So Brunt workwear came recommended by a friend so I ordered a new pair of boots from them. Honestly overall I’m not that happy with the pair I got. I’ve only had them for two weeks and the outer cover that goes over the composite toe is starting to come off. The boot is not that comfortable to wear and I find myself half way through the day needing to take the off to give my feet a break. I have never in the last 15 years needed to do this with a pair of boots and have never had a pair of boots fade out so quickly in a short amount of time.
